Language Week, held from February 19th, at the Senior School, celebrated linguistic and cultural diversity. Organized by the MFL department, it aimed to foster inclusivity and showcase our multicultural student body as well as promote cross-cultural understanding and collaboration among our school community.
The school community enjoyed free delicious international food during breaks while an additional bake sale organized by our KS3 students raised funds for the "Elpida Foundation for children with cancer and leukaemia." Finally, our Chinese students performed a mesmerizing Dragon Dance, while a skilled Tai Chi master impressed with his performance. This event was organized by the "China-Cyprus, Art, Culture, and Education Centre" which along with the "Confucius Institute," offered our students Chinese language, culture, and calligraphy sessions.
