Pastoral Care
At The Junior and Senior School we are proud of our Pastoral system which emphasises relationships, well-being and personal, spiritual and moral development.
At the Junior School, class teachers are supported by classroom assistants and Year Leaders, all of whom have a close overview of each child’s progress and wellbeing.
In the Senior School a dedicated Head of Year 7 ensures a smooth transition to the demands of secondary education. The Heads of Year continue to support and guide our students, up until and including Year 13, alongside our Form Tutors, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher/Pastoral and School Counsellor. Our pastoral team work hard to ensure that all TJSS students achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
