Requirements
- KYSATS recognized university degree in relevant subject
- Edexcel IGCSE and A-level curriculum experience
- Extensive teaching or professional experience within the subject area.
- Prior leadership experience
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators or professionals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for the department’s growth and success
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior leadership.
- Experience in managing departmental schedules, timetables, and meetings.
- Competence in handling administrative tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
